Please note we call to arrange delivery prior to delivery, we will not deliver until we have made contact. If we are given instructions to leave items at the door we are no longer responsible for the product, if we have called and arranged a delivery time it is the recipient's responsibility to be there to recieve, if they have left , we will return the item to the store and the recipient can make arrangements to pickup or arrange a second delivery at their cost. 

*If in the event your recipient chooses to pick up the item instead of waiting for a delivery, the amount of the delivery charge will be incorporated into the recipients giftbasket or floral arrangement.
